R-House, Syracuse, New York


R-House is a 1,200 square foot Passive Haus designed house conditioned by a Zehnder Comfoair sensible heat recovery (HRV) system that also includes a hot water coil on the heat exchanger output. The hot water coil is connected to a Bradford White 40 gallon gas-fired, sealed combustion water heater or "boiler".
