How to Use this Page
There are four display options for this page: Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Custom. Daily, Weekly and Monthly displays include pre-selected
figures and next/previous options for easy browsing. After selecting a view, you have different date options to select depending on the view.
For the daily view you must either enter the desired day as free text or select it from the calendar, for the weekly view you must enter as
free text or select a day in the week of interest from the calendar, for the monthly view you must select the month from a drop-down menu and
for the custom view you must select the start and end date. The weekly view always spans from Sunday to Saturday. For daily, weekly and custom
date options, clicking on the calendar icon to the left of the entry box will bring up an easy to navigate calendar for selecting dates.
