Ted House, Syracuse, New York

Ted House is a 1200 sq ft house with a radiant heat floor with a 96.5% gas-fired Rannai water heater. The Rannai unit has a separate water circuit to provide space heating. A Fantech HRV will provide balanced ventilation for the house. The house doesn't have a cooling system installed.
